A new Star Wars adventure park set to open in 2019 in Singapore is set to take the first steps towards bringing Star Wars-themed attractions to the country.
Star Wars: Adventurers League, set to be launched on September 1, will be the first of its kind to open to the public in Singapore, and it will offer an adventure game experience where players will be able to play with their friends in a “Star Wars”-themed environment.
The park, which will open on September 12, will allow visitors to interact with the game’s characters, creatures and other objects in a way that is similar to that of the original Star Wars game.
The Star Wars: Adventures league will also offer a “tour” mode that will allow players to play as the characters, including a variety of characters from the original trilogy.
In a bid to lure the fans of the series to Singapore, Star Wars will also feature a number of other games and activities available to them, such as a virtual reality park, an interactive storytelling experience, a video game room and even a Star Wars themed café.
The Singapore-based company Star Wars Adventures, which has a long history of partnering with entertainment companies, is the first to open a new Star Trek-themed adventure park in Singapore.
This is part of the continuing efforts of Star Wars to diversify its global appeal.
The entertainment industry in the Philippines is looking forward to the introduction of Star Trek theme park, said a statement from Star Trek Adventures.
