Posted by foxsports.com on Tuesday, April 03, 2021 08:59:06 The Disney Infinity line of accessories and games, which include Disney Infinity Play Sets, the Disney Disney Infinity Express and Disney Infinity Mobile, was launched in September 2018 and has since expanded to include the Disney Pixar and Marvel Cinematic Universe game systems.
Disney Infinity’s first products, the Play Sets and the Disney-branded Play Station 3, were released in October 2019, followed by Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes and Disney Pixar: Jungle Book.
A second line of Disney Infinity games, including Disney Infinity Adventure, Disney Infinity Online, and Disney Interactive: Marvel, are expected to debut in 2020.
The Play Sets are currently sold through the Disney Store, but Disney has promised that the line will expand to the rest of its stores in 2018.
Disney has yet to announce which games will be released in the Play Set line.
In a tweet posted Monday, April 02, 2021, Disney said it was announcing that it was expanding the Disney Play Set game line.
Disney Infinity is a set of toys, games, and accessories for the Disney Princesses and other characters.
The first Disney Infinity product was announced in September of 2019 and launched at Disney stores across the country, with Disney Infinity Go, the second Disney Infinity game system, released in January 2020.
According to Disney, the first Play Set, Disney Play-a-Thon, was announced on December 15, 2019.
The second Disney Play Play-A-Tho was announced February 2, 2020.
Disney’s next line of Play Sets is expected to release in 2019.
Disney’s Infinity 3 at Disney’s Magic Kingdom theme park was first revealed on October 31, 2021.
“Play sets for Disney Infinity are a way to experience a new world of entertainment,” said Disney CEO Bob Iger in a statement.
“They allow fans to immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite characters, movies, and shows, and then share them with the world on social media.”
The Disney Infinity products are available for purchase through the following retailers:Disney Stores, Walt Disney World, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney Vacation Club, Disneyland Resort, Epcot, Disney World Park, Disneyland, Disney Springs, Disney California Adventure Park, and Walt Disney Springs Resort.
